WHM/cPanel create a new account

In order to create a new CPanel account in WHM you need to go to the the menu Account Functions > Create a new Account and note of the following parameters:

Mail Routing:

Use Local Mail Exchanger if the server itself serves the domain's emails.
Use Remote Mail Exchanger if the domain's emails are hosted elsewhere.

Check all DNS settings.
